Instructions for Kinsta hosting customers
Setting up a CDN requires manual setup and should only done if there is an economic reason for it. Review the past 30 days of Kinsta Analytics: https://my.kinsta.com/analytics/. If the data transfer is greater then 20GBs then proceed with the CDN setup.
