Same process as https://anchor.host/process/plugin-theme-updates/ however before core updates are applied all theme and plugin updates should be completed.
For major core updates add new Changelog global post similar to https://anchor.host/wp-admin/post.php?post=4302&action=edit. That will add the new major update to the Website Support tab on all sites.
